The bulletin.exeter.edu website and its subdomains, and all portals, applications, products, services, events, and any interactive features, applications or other services that post a link to these Terms of Use (the “Site”) are owned and operated by Phillips Exeter Academy (the “Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or viewing the Site or participating in or using any service offered on this Site (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”).

All references to “you” or “your,” as applicable, mean the person that registers for, accesses, or uses the Services.
